Welcome to "Gocco Doodle Pro". The content on this application is provided by Smart Education, Ltd. Please read these Terms of Service carefully. We hope you and your child enjoys playing our applications as much as we do.

1. User obligation

Use of our applications constitutes your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms of Service, which take effect on the date on which you first use our applications. By accessing, using and/or downloading materials from this application, you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of each entity and person on whose behalf you act to abide by the Terms of Service set forth below. Smart Education, Ltd. reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time and it is your responsibility to refer to and comply with these terms on accessing our applications. Your continued use of this application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service as modified. If these Terms of Service are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this application and therefore should cease using this application immediately.

 

2. Digital contents

    2. You can purchase Smart Education’s digital contents in this app. The Pricing will be shown on the final confirmation screen. You will purchase our application through Google Inc.　and/or iTunes K.K. as prescribed.

    3. This application will be the possession of the user as soon as it is purchased. When purchasing content, you will be charged communication fee additionally. Regarding payments, Smart Education Ltd. will not be liable for any dispute between the purchaser and/or Google Inc. and iTunes K.K. and the matter should be resolved between them. Minors must receive permission from adults to purchase content. If you uninstall this application before receiving your purchased content, tap "Restore" in this application to confirm your purchase. Smart Education Ltd. will not be liable to refund because of the lateness of providing content to users. We may not be able to provide the content to you if your purchase is not confirmed.

 

3. Prohibited acts

Purchaser of this content may not exchange content with cash. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an Account registered to you. Unless specifically indicated otherwise, you may not cause act to interfere any third party, our service or violate applicable laws.

 

4. Disqualification

You acknowledge that Smart Education, Ltd. is not required to provide a refund for any reason, and that you will not receive money or other compensation when an account it closed, whether such closure was voluntary or involuntary.

 

5. Refund

You acknowledge that Smart Education, Ltd. is not required to provide a refund for any reason other than accordance with the laws. If refund occurs by law, Smart Education Ltd. will make a public announcement through its homepage and procedure will be made as ruled by laws.

 

6. Use of your information by Smart Education, Ltd.

We may collect personal access logs in order to optimize or improve our product, service and operations through data. We will not share your personal information to any third party unless disclosure is required by law.

 

7. Termination of service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

 

8. Governing Law

The laws of Tokyo district court, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern this Agreement and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Smart Education Ltd.
