Terms of agreement

Please read these Terms of agreement carefully before posting any “Gocco Doodle” Services.
By using any of our Services or by clicking a box that states that you accept or agree to these Terms of agreement, you signify your agreement to it. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use Services.

1. 1)Your “doodles” and the picture containing your face will be open to public whoever uses “Gocco Doodle”.
2. 2)Do not include any personal information such as names and addresses that can identify the individual in your “doodles”. If you are identified, it may cause unnecessary troubles such as harassments.
3. 3)Do not post any information that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive.
4. 4)Smart education reserves the right to refuse to post, edit, or delete any Postings that violate the above-referenced rules. We do not have the duty to respond to your comments nor be liable to delete the drawings.
5. 5)Smart Education reserves the rights to use the “doodles” collected in “Gocco Doodle” for PR purposes.
